Background History

Shri SureshChandra Sharma: Chairman & Managing Director Of Industrial Security Associates, a Graduate from Mathura, Conceived the Plan Of Establishing Security Services in Mumbai in 1971. Over the years, he developed the insight of successfully running the security services. He laid highest emphasis on developing discipline in the Rank and File of the Guards. His unending spirit of patience, perseverance and care led to establishing a Good Name in the Industry. He is the founder member of Association of Security, Mumbai and is respected for his pragmatic views on the subject of maintaining Industrial Security. His practice of providing Right Man at the Right Place with Right wages paid at Right Time has earned him respect among 1200 guards employed by him and deployed at various Industrial and Non Industrial sites.

Initially Industrial Security Associates started its service in a very small scale in 1971 under the proprietorship of Shri Sureshchandra Sharma. The business started increasing gradually as reliability factor of our agency started spreading with the word of mouth and consequently, reaching the present-day success-level.
